Evangeline Tross

Evangeline Tross is Senior Counsel at SRD Legal Group, a women-owned, virtual law firm. She specializes in general corporate work, with an emphasis on technology-related agreements.  Before joining SRD Legal Group Evangeline spent many years working in-house at Prudential Financial and CIT Group. She has long been interested in affordable housing, since writing her college thesis on the Model Cities program administrated by the Johnson Administration.  She is a former chair and member of the Board of Trustees of Homeless Solutions, Inc. in Morristown.  Evangeline has a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
